    Features It is revolutionary new generation of fiber laser marking machine system:

    1. It is characterized by small, long-life of the semiconductor module (> 500,000 hours), low power consumption (160Q), high beam quality, USB interface, which supports WIN98/2000/XP and other operating systems;

    2. Unaffected by harsh environment and climate change; when the power is off, the battery and car cigarette lighter, etc. can be used to operate. Before the advent of optical fiber lasers, the light of the laser marking system generally comes from laser source of continuous or pulsed CO2 laser and Nd-YAG laser. Fiber laser, compared with conventional laser source, the performance is superior, the divergence angle is 1/4 of diode-pumped laser (more suitable for sophisticated, fine standard machine industry); electro-optical conversion efficiency is 1/10 of flash lamp-pumped solid laser marking machine; the average working time can be up to 100,000 hours;

    3. Fiber laser is totally air-cooled, needing no refrigerator, cooling water pipes, the temperature controller and other matching equipments. The volume reduced, energy consumption decreased, so the user cost substantially lower than traditional laser marking system.

    4. ETL fiber laser pulse working repetition rate is 10-100KHZ, the fiber laser of 5-10-20W average power output has the volume of only 58CM * 280 * 56CM, weighting 10KG. Because the laser diode is operating under voltage, optical fiber laser machine’s electro-optical efficiency can be as high as 70%. UPS power can be used to replace the drive power when the latter is power off, and the power consumption is only 160W.
