The QUAD series portable filtration system has been designed for use on the extraction of welding fume & smoke, gases, vapors, aerosols and solvents.

The QUAD can also be used for portable oil mist control. The unique counter balanced arm allows the worker to position the hood in the correct position for maximum capture of pollutants.

The QUAD comes standard with a pleated cellulose filter cartridge and an activated carbon filter. The QUAD can also be fitted with an electrostatic cell if the ability to remove smoke is required.

The product range consists of two basic models, each provides 825 scfm (1,400 m3/H) of evacuation capacity. The standard QUAD model includes a pleated cellulose filter and the QUAD-E model includes the electrostatic cell for oil mist and to remove smoke. Both models come complete with the evolution arm which has a reach length of up to 10.8 feet (3.3 meters), a circuit breaker, plug socket, filter cartridge and an activated carbon filter.
