This new CNC controlled NELL plunge grinder for teeth and other profiles of different serrations is designed for grinding products which require the smallest possible tolerances. Different composition of strip material requires a different type of grinding wheel. The machine can work with profiled diamond wheels but as well with profiled CBN wheels. For special applications we do recommend to use narrow wheels and for other types of teeth we do have wheels up to a width of max. 200 mm.
