The lathe plane parallel to the counter, numerical control, the CNA and SNC series is the result of a successful compromise that combines the ease of use of a traditional parallel lathe to the potential of a numerical control. It is therefore the ideal machine for the user who has to combine the production needs of both the single piece of small and medium series, as well as the employment of workers not accustomed to the use of the programming language for numerical controls. The lathe can be, in fact, used in four distinct ways:
traditional , by the use of the leaflets to the axes X and Z;
self-learning , by dialing the working cycle, on the basis of the design of the piece, by means of a driven program, to video, which exploits the predetermined cycles (roughing, finishing, conical turning, threading, etc.). also in this case is obtained, automatically, a repeatable program as necessary;
CNC , using ISO programming as a specific numerical control lathe.
For the exploitation of performance, such as CNC lathe, the machine can be equipped, on request, automatic devices such as:

The bench, in MEEHANITE cast iron, has 4 support, induction hardened and ground; the protected exterior two, they are used for the sliding of the carriage, the two internal for tailstock / bezel.

The wagons, the longitudinal (Z axis) and transverse (X axis) are made of cast iron, with guides induction hardened and ground. The counter-guides are covered with anti-friction material.

7. BATH COLLECTION CHIP
At the base of the machine it is arranged a removable bowl, for the collection of the chips and the cooling water that, decanted, is placed in recirculation by means of a pump.
8. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
The control and all the on-board wiring closet are made with first-class components and according to the regulations provided for under EC.

Push-button of the programming and control, electronic handwheels and video color mounted on the front sliding door, for a correct positioning by the operator.
To ensure the necessary safety requirements and limit the escape of chips or coolant, the machine is equipped with a casing fixed rear and two front sliding doors.
The hatchback, with the command, has a large window made with two layers: an inner scratch resistant hardened glass, easy to clean and replaceable; the other external, polycarbonate, suitably dimensioned to withstand any projection of metal parts.
The work area is adequately illuminated.
10. HYDRAULIC CENTRAL (Option)
Made with pumps, accessories and modular valves leading brands, allows the control of the hydraulic actuators on the machine: chuck, tailstock, lunette brake.
11. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - INSTALLATION - COMMISSIONING - SERVICE
