PROCECO PIPE CLEANING

The pipe cleaning system is a batch-type, automatic parts washer designed to remove grease, light oil, and loose debris. During the wash stage, sprays are positioned strategically to wash the exterior and flush out the interior. During the wash cycle, the tube is rotated on its central axis to expose all internal surfaces to sprays of recirculated cleaning solution. The cleaning cycle is followed by an air-blow of the pipe. This system can also be engineered for sprayed surface treatment processes such as phosphating.
Each pipe cleaning system is custom-designed to process a range of pipes of different diameter and length. Typical pipe diameters vary from 2.5” up to 14” and length from 25’’ up to 300.’’ The pipe cleaning system can be configured by choosing from a range of optional features to meet your specific requirements.
