This CNC router is the 4 axis CNC router machine with rotary head, also with Liner Auto Tool Changer funtion, can change 8 piece tools by program. The 4th axis is the B axis, spindle can rotate +-90° freely at any degree. Rotary head is great for working on arch shaped work piece.

4 Axis Rotary Head CNC Router Features:
1. 4 axis spindle can rotate +-90° freely, so the machine can engrave on both flat board and arch shaped work piece.
2. 4 Axis ATC CNC router machine, with linear type auto tool changer, 6-8 pieces tools position.
3. Rotary head cnc router can realize any 2D and 3D engraving effect with the rotary spindle.
4. High torque servo motor and 3D, 4 axis Taiwan Syntec controlling system.
5. X and Y axis adopt helical rack and pinion transmission, working fast and has higher accuracy. Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI ball screw and two air cylinders to keep balance.
6. All axes equipped with original Taiwan Hiwin square orbit.
7. Advanced file pretreatment function can correct the error in files and is compatible with multiple softwares, such as Type3, Artcam, Mastercam, AutoCad, etc.
8. Vacuum table with clamp slot, you can hold work piece by vacuum suction, also can by clamps.
9. We will provide you several kinds software, with English and Multilingual versions (CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/etc.).
10. There is dust collect cover with the spindle, you can add dust collector to collect dust.
11. 9KW Italy HSD auto tool change air cooled spindle, 24000RPM, powerful enough for you to work on any hard nonmetal material.
12. Rotary head adopts Japan Shimpo servo motor with gear reducer. High accuracy for every degree carving.
13. Big control cabinet equipped with heat exchanger, to keep the electronic parts working in a suitable environment.
