During the machining of roller drums at the roller manufacturer, various operations with as high a cutting performance as possible must be carried out on a special machine. The machines are flexibly designed for different types of pegs.
By short projection of the tools, the cutting performance is maximally utilized. The processing of the glue pad can be done without swiveling the workpiece.

In the work area, there is no restriction and a full 5-page machining of the workpieces is possible in one clamping.
In order to achieve the highest possible degree of automation, the machines can be equipped with automatic tool changing units for both spindles and with an automatic angle changing unit upon customer request.
