Like the BS50 series, this Pyramid style Roll Bender has similar characteristics. Instead of only having two driving shafts this unit has three shafts that are gear driven, hardened, ground high strength steel, which are supported by sealed roller bearings for anti-friction operation. This unit can be ordered with a mechanical top roll positioner or can be purchased with a hydraulic cylinder and mechanical stop for the top roll position and repeatability which will also include an LED display indicator. This machine can be used in the vertical or horizontal position.
