III Function of machine：
This machine can be used to process not only regular-shape work piece(round bar, square steel ) but also irregular-shape workpiece.
It is a widely used deep hole processing equipment with high Accuracy and rigid and strong machine bed. The range of spindle rotation speed is large and feeding system is driven by AC servo motor so that it can be used for every kinds of deep hole processing. Sealing head and workpiece clampig have stable hydraulic advice
Before processing , fix workpiece on a rectangular work platform at the side of headstock by special clamp .Workpieceon the platform can be placed at any angle and Through the clamp to ensure the accuracy of the angle, and then use the clamp to make it stable. Tapered hole of the workpiece can be only drilled by special tool , this machine itself does not have such fuction.
A、The basic process performance machine:
The machine can finish inner hole drilling ,boring,expanding, roller pressuring. In processing, the workpiece rotates slowly, the tool rotates qucikly and feed, cutting fluid go into cutting area through sealing head(when drilling) or boring bar (when boring) to cool and lubricate the cutting area and take the swarf away .
When drilling BTA inside swarf removal is used. When boring cutting fluid moves to bed head side through boring bar and then take away cutting fluid and swarf.
2) The machine has headstock. In processing tool rotate and feed, workpiece is fixed on Rectangle work platform which has a T Channel.
