Dot peen marking uses a carbide stylus to make multiple dot impacts on the part surface and create a marking. This technology is ideal for marking serialization which includes Data Matrix and alphanumerical codes or logo's on metal and plastic components. Thanks to its high performance, dot peen is an essential solution for the automotive, aeronautical and metalworking industries and has many advantages over marking with a cutting tool.
The e-smart battery is integrated directly into the tool holder. This eliminates the need to transfer the part to a marking station.
