The transfer machines are suitable for medium-high volume production of pieces.
They are categorised into two families:

VERTICAL AXIS ROTARY TABLE
HORIZONTAL AXIS ROTARY TABLE

- Number of work stations: minimum 3 – maximum 8 including the piece load/unload station
- Maximum number of operating units: 25 working simultaneously
- Possible operations: drilling - tapping - boring - milling - turning with stationary or rotating piece
- Cycle times: from 2 sec/piece to 60 sec/piece

Every transfer machine can be customised and fitted with specific mechanical units suitable for the piece to be processed.
"IN PROCESS" control systems, such as dimensional controls, power monitoring, can be supplied.
The tailor-made machining centres come with anthropomorphic robots, piece holder magazines, washing systems, systems for connection to the assembly lines.

Thanks to the proprietary SW, Sistech can provide their customers with an HMI supervision for monitoring the entire production process by the provisions of INDUSTRY 4.0.
