NLS – 1 workstation is designed for gravity die casting of aluminium alloys into an iron mould. While casting, the mould wraps around from an angular position to a horizontal one. This way decreases porosity, which results in manufacturing fewer faulty products. That is why NLS – 1 workstation for die casting was designed.
