TL die casting machines with a horizontal cold chamber are designed for casting parts under pressure out of aluminium or zinc alloys. The closing force is from 2,500 to 7,500 kNs. The machines are suitable for casts of a medium or high complexity and offer a huge flexibility and vast possibilities to tune in the casting process.
The machine comprises of a closing unit with an adjustable back strap and a joint mechanism for the closing force abduction. The closing unit is equipped with a liftable column for easier inserting and removing of larger moulds. Levelling valves are placed on the movable plate. The mechanism can be also equipped with up to four pairs of core pulls. The pressing unit is equipped with a real-time pilot motor.
