CESUS 100-O-TQ. This is a mechanical horizontal shear capable of shearing up to 70 billets/min. Flywheel speed is variable, to suit the shear characteristics of various types of steel. High quality crops are ensured by the combination of straight cutting device without reducing power capability and cutting axis modification.
Electronic program of lenght gauge controls also bar end rejection, and billet weighing.
A second bar bundle can be laid on the bar table during shearing operation; cycle is fully automatic with low noise emission. Major components of the system, including adjusting wedge, shock absorbing unit. No pitman for slide actuation.
Bar bundle loader, hydraulic system and electronic control panel can be placed on either side of the shear. Roller feeder powered by variable speed motor.
