Assisted by fixtures it is capable of substituting a horizontal boring machine in many cases. Machine is equipped with push-button preselection of speeds and feeds. The drilling depth is adjustable by means of a positive stop on rotary scale. The spindle head and column shell are locked electrohydraulically.
