Wire winder machine

please advise price and delivery for RUFF LW30

I am looking for a linear CNC winding machine, for single layer windings, with copper wires from 0.6 to 3mm with high torque and low number of revolutions e.g. 500rpm. Winding width of at least 450mm or more.

A transfer project is happening to Monterrey Mexico, this line that is getting transferred is dedicated to do electrical transformers, we do bobbins and toroids
