equipment
trucks over 15 years old will be inspected at our cincinnati facility prior to leasing. trailers require good floors and carry enough chains, binders, straps, tarps, and coil racks to assure proper load securement and protection. leasing inspection requires that tractor and trailer have no defects.
contractors
21 years of age. class a cdl in state of residency. 2 years over the road verifiable experience. satisfactory driving record. no serious accident in the past year. flatbed experience preferred. pass dot physical with drug screen.

contractor percentages
permanent leased equipment receives 76% of the gross revenue. ace doran witholds 10%(retention) of the contractors pay for any credentials outstanding. credentials consist of expenses owed by the contractor, i.e.: license fee, permits, bobtail, physical damage, industrial accident, miscalculations, emergencies or out of service violations. if all account balances are satisfied, the 10% retention is refunded weekly from the cincinnati office to the contractor's home
