2. Spindle bearing is tapered roller bearing; spindle adopts three supporting structure with good rigidity and strong load capacity;
3. Main transmission and worktable feed adopt gear change mechanism with wide speed range;
4. The guideway pair on X, Y and Z axes are supersonic frequency quenched, precision grinded and scraped;
5. Lubrication system may make forced lubrication on the lead screw and guideway;
6. UHM32 can do high speed cutting with carbide cutter tool;
7. Spindle speed is easy to change with impulse device, and it can brake rapidly and effectively;
8. Important transmission parts are made in alloy steel; easy wear out parts are made in wear-resistant material; the guideway adopts paste plastic craft, which assures sufficient service life of the machine;
9. The three-dimensional motion of the machine is controlled by stop block, thus has good security.
10. UHM32 can become four-axis NC knee-type milling machine with NC dividing head; therefore the processing range is further expanded.
