Highly flexible and fully automatic welding line for the production of mesh sheets and reinforcing elements allowing processing different wire diameters and producing different openings, overhangs and bends within a sheet. No change-over times needed for the production of different sheet styles and continuous operation even with production lots of one sheet only. Integrated ancillary equipment such as automatic bending stations for cross and line wire overhangs enable the fully automatic production of reinforcing cages. With this configuration of the line, the line wires and cross wires are produced independently from each other on separate straightening lines of type RA-XE. The double straightening capacity enables a correspondingly higher output of this equipment.
