1. General layout is of planer type (T-type). Front and rear beds are separated.
2. The front and rear beds, table, column and saddle are of high-quality cast-irons. The bed is of closed boxy structure so that the machine has higher rigidity.
3. The guideway of X, Y, V and W axes are compound guideway (sliding guideway with plastic inserts combined with roller guideway). The guideway of the rotation axis is of cast iron and plastic inserted.
4. The spindle tool is clamped by disk spring and unclamped hydraulically.
5. Servo balancing mechanism is used to compensate the flexibility and shift of gravity centre when ram moves.
6. Guideway surface of each axis is lubricated by auto timing and fixed-quantity pump.
