The HEESS SP series of hardening machines is ideal for workpieces ranging from 1000 mm to 2000 mm OD.

Special hardening recipes for up to 300 workpieces could be stored in the machine. The machine is loaded and unloaded manually. A pyrometer can be fitted for temperature monitoring. On demand: the SP quenching press can be fully automated.
