Machine features：
PLD Series Drilling Machines use gantry moveable type, the gantry is installed on the both sides of the worktable, use for assembly with good rigidty, high precision.
PLD serices Drilling Machine use Twist Drill only, it greatly reduces the cost of the tools.
The machine max drilling diameter is 50mm, max drilling thickness is 250mm
The two drilling spindles use slide ram type, the distance between two spindles can be set freely. Two drilling spindles can work independently, improve the processing efficiency.
The hole positioning speed can be up to 8m/min, reduce the working time.
The rotation speed of each spindle is stepless adjusted by the transducer, and the feeding speed is stepless adjusted by servo motor.
The spindle can finish high-speed feeding, work feeding, break chips, high-speed feeding back, can be used for drilling deep holes.
The Y Axis of the machine use two independent servo motors drive the ball screw to bring each spindle moving along the linear guide respectively,
