LETAG

At 1955, Ignacio Garmendia and Miguel Lasa coming from the family enterprise “Jose M. Lasa” joint their concepts and born LETAG, S.A. with a very small, staff, only three workers, dedicated to manufacture electro-grinding machines, polishing machines and electrofans, even up-to-date these machines stay at LETAG Production Program.

As the equipments and manufacturing capability was increasing, mainly during the sixties and seventies, began the electric motor manufacturing applied to travelling and tower cranes. Electric motors for travelling cranes start at 1965 and in seventies, the same for tower cranes.
