jason fidelity consulting ltd is a contract manufacturer of machining parts according to customers' drawings and requirements.

specially we produce different kinds of machine tool holders according to customers' requirements. our rotary micro boring bar and tool holder (usa patent pending) adopts turbo and gear transmission mechanism to fine tune the feed amount of the cutter by as little as 0.005mm. the price is only half of traditional micro boring bar and tool holder.

we can provide total solution for customers' fine boring requirements. in order for us to quote the price, we only need the following information:

1. the diameter of the bore.
2. the requirement of the surface finish of the work to be produced.
3. the material of the work to be produced.
4. the type of tool holder. (bt, cat, hsk, vdi or others)

with the above information, we will advise you of what kind of cutter you may use, and we will design the micro boring bar and tool holder for you.
