Cutter spindle bushing will be refit to factory specifications All bearings, seals and belts will be replaced with new components that meet or exceed factory specifications. Relay electronics will be upgraded to a state of the art Fanuc Model 18IMB-5 four axis controller with color display. The hydraulic infeed system will be replaced with a ball screw and AC servo motor. The hydraulic and lube system will be combined into a single compact unit integral with the machine. Work table ways will be re-ground and the table hand scraped for proper bearing patterns All parts will be inspected and replaced when necessary Machine will be striped, cleaned, body filled and painted This FELLOWS 10-4 will be capable of performing with in the original manufactures precision parameters when the machine was delivered new.
