The CC300 hydro-pneumatic riveting machine is used to rivet and derivet brake inserts on every type of brake shoe. The ribbed steel structure provides the machine with excellent strength and rigidity. The combined hydraulic and pneumatic starting system assures a high work force with a low quantity of compressed air, which is treated by a filter-lubricator complete with pressure regulator and a simple manometer.

The company started operations in 1961 as a mechanical workshop for work under contract, but creativity and passion for the technique of its founder, Ing. Bruno Carniel, the lead, in the mid-60s, the construction of the first combined machines for the reconditioning of warheads, drums and brake discs. Given its success, then he decided to devote himself full-time to this new activity, definitely more rewarding but also more challenging than the previous one.
