1. Guideways adopt quenched and hardened steel guideway and Teflon guideway with good wear resistance.
2. Driving system for worktable and carriage adopts wide speed range servo motor with ball screw.
3. Column is fixed on the bed and is lined with hardened steel guideway, and headstock may move vertically.
4. Headstock guideway adopts Teflon guideway in double “V” shape, and eliminates the guideway clearance with rolling preloading mechanism.
5. Gear box lies on the top of headstock; spindle system is installed on the headstock in component form.
6. Two-step gear box, hydraulic speed change, and constant temperature oil lubrication and cooling.
7. Grating ruler is used for positioning; CNC system may achieve three-axis simultaneous control.
8. Three-point support is convenient to adjust the machine level.
