in 1997 superior threading inc. purchased the machine and die head divisions of the oster manufacturing company from landis threading systems a division of the then allegheny /teledyne company. all fixtures, blueprints and patterns were moved to owosso, michigan. we make all original equipment parts in our over 10,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facility located on over 3 acres of property.
