This is a variable angle notching machine AV226 with a solid structure, a workbench with conical slots and a shearing head in GS500 fusion with downwards movement. Thanks to the conical slots, it is quite easy to house the squares, which in turn leads to a great deal of rigidity and precision. The cutting capacity of the machine is 6mm. The user can adjust the thickness and cutting angle from 30° to 140°. A most interesting feature of the notching machine is that it is possible to adjust the thickness of the slack between the blades from 1 to 6mm, automatically. The cut begins at the tip or the base of the blade. As it is also possible to adjust the blade thickness from upper and lower blades, simultaneous accurate cutting is possible. Another feature of the machine is its hydraulic blade blockage.
