Trimming presses are mainly used to simple moulding finishing. OL range machines are four-column top drive presses with a hydraulic aggregate that is placed on the upper plate. The press is controlled with a PLC. The working cycle can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.
The basic design comprises of a press cylinder, hydro mechanical ram securing, pneumatically controlled movable covers, basic PLC by ELAP and manual press regulation. The hydraulic circuit is fitted with monitoring and back-up valves in accordance with local law. The basic PLC enables simple working cycle setting and system factors monitoring. The machine is equipped with a single control board with basic control features to start up a semi-automatic cycle or to operate it manually.
