For this reason, we have created an organization that can assist our customers in all the stages of the purchase process: EFFETI was established in 1999 to advise the metalworking companies in the research, selection, purchase, and tooling of the machine tools, with a focus on real and special needs, and after-sales service. The steady growth has led us in 2003 to the opening of our new headquarters, which today bring together the commercial and technical assistance services into a single structure provided with all needed equipment. Thanks to the deep knowledge of the market achieved by the two founders and to twenty years of experience of our employees, we are able to meet with flexibility and efficiency every single request, with scheduled and timely deliveries, visits by specialist technicians and direct assistance on machinery.
