Wuxi Machine Tools Co., Ltd (Wuxi Machine Tools Plant) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is a professional manufacturer engaged in manufacture of machine tools under Wuxi Kaiyuan Machine Tools Group Co., Ltd, one of the national 520 key enterprise groups, and its predecessor “Kaiyuan Machine Plant” was founded by Mr. Rong Desheng, a famous industrial and commercial businessman of China in 1948 with over 60 years of history for manufacture of machine tools and one of “the Eighteen Arhats” (backbone plants) of the national machine tools industry since the founding of new China, and now is the manufacturing base specialized in production of products including centeless grinding machines, internal grinding machines, bearing grinders, cylindrical grinding machines, surface grinding machines, roll grinders, gantry machining centers (CNC boring and milling machines) and high-speed motorized spindles, etc.
