hundreds of firms rely on koyo equipment for cost-effective, high-consistency, high-uptime production grinding capability, helping them to reduce piecepart costs. with thousands of its machines installed worldwide, koyo has installed more than 550 machine tools in north america, including cnc centerless, double-disc, chucking, and shoe-type centerless grinders.

koyo also produces machine tool and automation components, including precision ballscrews, spindle speed increasers, and precision spindles for machine tool applications.

koyo grinding process research & development is ongoing at headquarters in osaka, japan, where the company also develops grinding processes for its bearing manufacturing division.

new plymouth technical center
with an emphasis on growth and customer service, koyo machinery is constructing a new 12,000 sq. ft. technical center in plymouth, michigan for machine demonstration, training, parts, service, machine assembly, process control lab and test-grinding of customer parts.
