The Dietert Speed Oven No. 295-B dries laboratory samples in a fraction of the time required in ordinary ovens. The unit is ideal for slurries, pastes, and suspensions, as infrared heat is applied beneath the sample preventing crust or kin formation from slowing the drying process. It has a maximum operating temperature of 400°F.
