FEATURES
Entry level edgebander packed with features at an economical price
Available in 1-phase or 3-phase electrics
Heated infeed fence pre-heats the panel for better glue penetration
Equipped with 1.1 kg teflon coated glue pot for granulated glue.
(5) glue pot heating elements ensure a quick heat up time.
Glue temperature is electronically controlled and is automatically lowered when the machine is not in use.
Steel serrated glue spindle applied glue to the edge of the material. Can be adjusted for optimum gluing results.
Pneumatic edgebanding cut off device (max. 3mm) with exclusion from the PLC control
Dual saw blade flush end trim
Top & bottom trimmers with mechanical digital readouts for accurate and fast adjustment
Top & bottom buffing units
User friendly PLC control. Working units can be turned on and off individually when not required.
Automatic feed by belt feed with (11) adjustable table rollers to ensure workpiece is held against the fence
Numerical panel thickness indicator
Adjustable infeed fence to compensate for edge thickness
