The variable angle notching machine AV228 has a robust structure and shearing head in GS500 fusion with downwards movement. It also possesses workbench with conical slots for positioning the squares and a hydraulic blade blockage system. The conical slots keep the squares firm and assure greater accuracy. The machine can cut up to 8mm of thickness and allows cutting angle adjustment from 30° to 140°. SIMASV patented automatic adjustable slack between the blades from 1 to 8 mm in thickness is the attractive feature of this variable notching machine. Cutting can be started from top or base of the blades and the automatic adjustment system permits cutting of different thickness.
