FLO – Linear Ophthalmic Filler
FLO fillers are an in-line filling system that is generally best suited to smaller bottles and is commonly used in the packaging of eye-drops for over the counter or prescription products. The FLO is capable of filling up to 350 bottles per minute at a high degree of accuracy.
The FLO can utilize a variety of dosing systems including time pressure, piston pumps, peristaltic pumps, and single use dosing systems. An optional inline capping station ensures the highest product quality.
The FLO makes extensive use of stainless steel components to ensure the longevity of the machine while exposed to caustic products and cleaners. The robust design has been proven to be a workhorse that delivers an excellent return on investment.
